Tasks and Responsibilities:
As Partnerships Manager, you will be a part of the Partnerships team and report to the Head of Partnerships. This team is responsible for establishing and maintaining content partnerships. These partners are mainly gaming companies with matching (game) content. It is your task to set up new strategic alliances and manage a current set of partners.
Other tasks and responsibilities will include:
• Manage, analyze, report & grow revenues from partnerships
• Managing relationships with all partners and proactively responding to all new developments;
• Negotiating with external parties and putting together contracts while managing the internal stakeholders;
• Ensuring good implementation (technically integrating the content on our portals) of new partnerships in the organization, including an analysis of the impact on the organization and the operational launch of the partnership;
• Maintaining and building upon a network within the gaming industry, including occasionally visits to international conferences.
• Stay on top of interesting international parties in the fields of online game content (casual & MMO),
Your Profile:
• A Bachelors / Master’s degree in Marketing and/or Business
• Minimum 3-5 years experience in an online environment (e.g. Account management)
• Experience with international contract negotiations (licensing/partnerships)
• Strong affinity with online and games
• Commercial insight and a focus on results and entrepreneurship
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Strong analytic skills
• Solid oral and written communication skills in English (Dutch is a pre)
• Solid project management skills
