Business Solution Manager

This Business Analyst / Solution Manger will build and maintain a relationship with the BU and act as dedicated contact and source of information for the BU stakeholders in order to ensure that the needs from the BU are clear and are translated into agreed deliverables coming from the TTSD unit     

You responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

• High Level requirements: discuss and identify the BU’s high level business requirements for services in close cooperation with BU representatives
• Service Level Agreements (SLA): create service level agreements with the BU and/or the BU’s customers for services in close cooperation with the Technology Operations team
• Product knowledge: provide information to the BU about the current and future services portfolio and the possibilities within the different product streams
• Roadmap: Create a services roadmap for the BU and maintain or update this periodically
• Detailed requirements     : together with the information analysts translate the high level requirements from the BU to user stories
• Relationship management: develop, maintain and expand relationships with existing and new key stakeholders in the BU
• Reporting: provide periodical and ad-hoc progress reports to the BU on product development, service performance, incidents and root cause analyses
• Product planning: provide input to Program Managers in TTSD on BU requirements

Your Profile

• Sound technical background, in order to quickly build up the necessary system architecture knowledge to address the BUs requests adequately
• Masters Degree in a relevant business or technology domain required;
• Strong verbal and written communication skills - equally effective in formal and informal settings with senior managers at conveying key information and defending positions.
• Excellent analytical skills with an ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative information effectively.
• Professional and well-organized way of dealing with documentation and reporting, providing clear insight in plans and progress to all stakeholders at any time
• Solution oriented attitude; Pro-active attitude in resolving short and long term conflicts
• Good and constructive influencing skills
• Team player with strong interpersonal and organizational skills

The opportunity for our unit lies in bundling all activities related to development and publishing of content and services. Our focus areas are the distribution of the TomTom LIVE service, the online routeplanner and the TomTom HOME application
