SAP FICO Application Specialist Finance:

In this role you will be part of our in-house SAP Team and will report to the SAP Application Manager.

You are responsible for the day-to-day SAP support for the Finance Application. You will work in close cooperation with your SAP support colleagues and the outsourcing partners. You will also be part of projects both as project member as well as functional project lead.

This role involves extensive daily interaction with your Finance colleagues and outsourcing partner. Therefore it is essential that you have strong leadership and communication skills in English.

Due to the rapid and continuous growth of the organisation, the tasks and duties of this role may evolve over time. You will be keen to develop and grow within the role and to take on additional challenges and responsibilities as they occur.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Supply Chain Management and Collection Management;
  • Key User Support / Project work;
  • Training of key users;
  • Issue resolution;
  • Support Change Management process;
  • Participating in projects like implementation of improvement projects or additional functionality;
  • Coordination with outsourcing partner.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years relevant SAP experience;
  • Working knowledge of FI–GL, FI –AA, FI–AR, FI–AP and CO–PA, CO-CCA;
  • Experience with SAP bank statement processing;
  • Experience with the payment processing through IDOCS and SAP;
  • Knowledge of ECC6.0;
  • Working knowledge of SAP BW 7.0, SAP BPC 7.0 and/or Portal 7.0 (advantageous);
  • Knowledge of integration FI  with HCM (Payroll) (advantageous);
  • Ability to be pragmatic and work in an international and dynamic work environment;
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills;
  • Good communication skills in English both verbal and written;
  • Team player;
  • Accurate and ability to adhere to strict deadlines;
  • Organized, proactive and results oriented.
