Technical Application Manager Back Office
Description:
Your key responsibilities:
- Keeping track of changes, problems and bugs within the system using call system;
- You are responsible for applying releases, changes and updates to the systems where they are required;
- You are the main contact between all relevant departments concerning BackOffice issues;
- You'll bring forward ideas for improvement in areas of stability and performance.
- You'll be responsible for the user support, availability and performance of the BackOffice platforms.
- You'll be part of the team that is the central point of contact for problems related to the applications.

This employer is a Payment Service Provider who collects, processes and reports payments on behalf of third parties such as product or service providers. For this employer DNC ICT is currently looking for a Technical Application Manager BackOffice.Profile:
Professional requirements:
- At least a bachelor degree;
- Min 5 years experience as an application manager or developer in an environment where Uniface / C programs with embedded SQL were used on a Linux/Unix environment in combination with a Relational Database;
- Assisted in the development of the software and installing the environment.
Technical Knowledge:
- Linux/Unix - Experienced user + maintenances knowledge; Shell commando’s, vi, Shell scripting;
- SQL - Experienced user knowledge;
- Development knowledge of C; Uniface; HVR and JAVA;
- SunOS; Openssh; Oracle; Ingres (nice to have).
Critical Competencies:
- Able to handle stressfull situations;
- Proactive;
- Team-oriented;
- Pragmatic.
