YER Support Professionals is since 2007 active in recruiting new generation high educated management and project supporters. We are recruiting support staff on temporary and permanent base for companies in the Netherlands.

For one of our clients based in Utrecht, we would like to get in touch with a partime administrative assistant for a communication department.


The main responsibilities include:

  • Administrative and organizational support to the Communications team for scientific external stakeholder visits (e.g. coordination with facilities, IT, catering, financial process)
  • General administrative support to the Communications team (e.g. financial processes, such as purchase orders and sponsoring requests, scheduling of some meetings, administrative and organizational support for scientific events)


Our client in an international company located in Utrecht. The company language is in English.


The position is temporary but the period is not yet set, it's for 16-20 hrs per week (at least 2 days per week). The first contract will be 6 months. There is an option to extend the contract. You will receive a secondment contract of YER.


We are looking for the candidate who contains the following accountabilities:

  • Speak and write English fluently
  • Excellent working knowledge of the Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and ideally experience with Word Press
  • Ability to interact with all levels of colleagues/personnel, internally and externally
  • Representative, respectful towards all cultures, flexible, committed, service/customer oriented, pragmatic,creative, strong oral and written communication skills, well-organised, stress-resistant, resilient, resourceful
